Not all coaches are created equal. Here are a few of the things I offer that greatly enhance the value you can expect to receive from working with me.

I focus on you getting a high ROI (return on your investment)!

One of the most important distinctions between my approach to coaching and many other coaches’ is that I emphasize the need to produce a high return on your investment of time, energy and money.

A critical part of my process is supporting you in defining what areas of your life and work are the highest leverage areas to focus on, and then clarifying what specific measurable results in each focus area would make the coaching engagement worth your while.

We then track, measure and celebrate measurable and meaningful results along the way, monitoring your progress throughout our work, guaranteeing that when your spouse or accountant asks you what you are getting from this budget line item, you are able to tell them without hesitation, and in no uncertain terms!

I focus on teaching you and your team leadership and communication skills.

An integral part of my coaching involves teaching you and your high leverage employees (Senior Management Team) “The 7 Practices of Facilitative Leadership”.

I am a licensed network affiliate of Interaction Associates, a highly regarded management training and consulting company out of San Francisco and Boston), and through that affiliation I am able to bring their excellent work into small to mid-size companies.

I offer my unique “True North” orientation process.

In the first 3 months of our work, I will walk you through a unique process I have developed for defining and/or refining your values, mission and vision for your life and work.

This process results in what I call your “Source” document. This is a tool that you will use to navigate your life and work toward your chosen direction.

It will assist you in getting and keeping on track, sourcing and re-sourcing your life from your deepest most authentic sense of who you are and where you want and need to go.

It will help you assess opportunities and options and be more empowered to say “Yes” when you need to say “Yes”, but even more importantly, to be able to say “No” when you need to say “No”!

I focus on the “Be > Do > Have” formula.

As I mentioned in the section above, what you think, feel, believe (aka your “Domain of Being”) directly impacts the way you see the world, the way you “Be”.

The way the world occurs to you directly impacts what actions you take, what you choose to “Do” or “Not Do”.

And what you do, what actions you take (or avoid taking) directly impacts the results you will “Have” in your life.

Said more simply, how you Be determines what you Do determines what you will Have in your life.

In my work, I not only work with you to learn and apply better practices and strategies, but I also work to help you become aware of what you think, feel, and believe so that you can shift your ground of being and thereby create the foundation upon which to build long term breakthrough results in both your life and work.

I have over 25 years experience as an executive and business coach.

Since 1989, I have worked internationally in both the corporate and non-profit sectors with both individuals and groups, in the areas of life and business coaching, leadership/management training, and personal productivity consulting.

I have worked individually with over 100 different business owners representing over 40 different kinds of businesses. I have also lead 100’s of group trainings and meetings for clients over the years.

I understand the specific challenges that business owner’s face and have collected a whole lexicon of concepts, tools, and strategies to address those challenges successfully.
