About Me

Since 1989, I have been working internationally in both the corporate and non-profit sectors with individuals and groups in the areas of life and business coaching, leadership/management training, and personal productivity consulting.

I have traveled and read extensively and enjoy the benefit of a diverse business background ranging from sales/marketing and project management to organizational development training and consulting. I am able to draw from a broad range of professional experience and an international network of resources in my coaching work with individuals and groups.

From 1991-93 I was personally trained and coached by Thomas Leonard  (founder of CoachU and considered one of the top leaders in the field of coaching). I was also closely associated in a coach’s round table with Henry House and Laura Whitworth (co-founders of The Coaches Training Institute, an organization dedicated to the training and promotion of effective coaching practices, and authors of ‘Co-Active Coaching’). I am certified with, and an active member of The International Coach Federation, the largest professional association of coaches in the world.

And, in addition to running my coaching practice, I am certified to teach coaching, meeting planning and facilitation, and leadership/management skills to corporations and small businesses in a variety of industries on behalf of Interaction Associates, a management training and consulting firm in San Francisco (www.interactionassociates.com).
